(1) Regular members may vote, nominate candidates for office, or hold office. Regular members who reside more than 40 miles from the Club are not eligible for a wet or dry slip.
(2) Non-Resident members are not elibible for a wet slip or a dry slip.
Prospective members must be sponsored by two regular members. Membership applications must be published on the club bulletin board and must be approved by the FWYC board of directors at two monthly board meetings.
